1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and JurongIsland.

On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

International Orders with Standard Shipping are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders with Expedited Shipping are processed and shipped the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM (Eastern Time).

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

You will be able to choose from the following shipping services in the checkout process:

• First Class Package International (7-21 Business Days)
• Priority Mail Express International (3-5 Business Days)
• Priority Mail International (6-10 Business Days)

The shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the current rates from USPS (United States Postal Services).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that you are responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties, charged by your government to the purchasing party for importing items.

Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a coupon on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package on the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
Originals receipts would need to be included
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders.

3. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE
3.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
3.2 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.(tracking must be included)
3.3 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready. Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
3.4 All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers only. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used for your next purchase online. It is strictly non refundable, non extendable, non exchangeable for cash and non exchangeable for boutique vouchers.
3.5 Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.
3.6 Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
3.7 However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, igotmines.com will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of igotmines.com
3.8 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
3.9 All returns and exchanges made via our online portal at igotmines.com would need to be shipped to the address we provide in the email that is sent to you regarding returns/refunds.

4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
4.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
4.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

4.5 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore
